# Fluent (AI Digital Delegator)

Fluent is a 6-week program in Nairobi, Kenya for Kenyan micro and small business owners. You build, brief, correct, and keep a working AI assistant for your business, with WhatsApp as the day-to-day interface. The course is the vehicle; the real deliverable is a working assistant that already knows your business and keeps working for you after the program ends. Graduates earn the AI Digital Delegator credential.

## Who It Is For
- Kenyan business owners and owner-operators with 0–5 employees who answer repeated customer questions, write quotes, take orders, or manage bookings.
- Shops, salons, agencies, farms, hardware stores, service businesses, and solo operators.
- Non-technical learners who can use WhatsApp. No coding, no jargon.

## What You Leave With
- A WhatsApp AI assistant briefed on your business: tone, prices, FAQs, delivery rules, and customer workflow. It stays yours after the course.
- A verified AI Digital Delegator credential, earned by completing the programme.
- The skill of delegating real work to AI the way you would to a hire.

## How It Works — 6 weeks, 4 phases
- Week 1, Interview (Delegation): learn what AI can and cannot do, before you hand it any work.
- Week 2, Onboard (Description): brief the assistant on your business — your prices, your tone, and the questions customers ask most.
- Week 3, Probation (Discernment): hand real tasks to the assistant, then check and correct its work.
- Week 4, Growth (Diligence): widen what it handles, and decide what should never be delegated.
- Week 5, Capstone: your assistant runs real customer work while you supervise, correct, and sign off.
- Week 6, Claude Masterclass: a live, in-person session in Nairobi — free for enrolled students, the finish line of the six weeks.
Each phase week: short lessons, one live online webinar, and one real-work assignment inside your own business.

- KES 12,000 one flat fee, everything included.
- Paid with M-Pesa. You apply first (no payment up front); seats are reviewed by hand.

Q: Do I need to be technical? A: No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can do this program.
